Introduction of ZEP

The introduction of ZEP at Dr. Fried & Partner took place with little time and without any technical problems. The system was immediately well accepted by the staff - especially due to its ease of use and efficient data entry.

Transparency in project controlling

Through precise project recording, the simple entry of times and receipts as well as the option of various evaluations (travel expenses, customer billing, project status, etc.), greater transparency has been achieved in the area of project controlling. Travel expenses or customer accounts are traceable - even with a longer time interval. The time required for the preparation of project results has been reduced.

ZEP online/offline

The employees use ZEP offline to record the relevant project receipts and travel times promptly even without internet access and to synchronise the data later.

Our conclusion

The user-friendly interface of ZEP as well as the various control and evaluation options for project management or administrators ensure qualitatively and quantitatively better results in the area of project controlling and project accounting. ZEP's performance meets our expectations.
