The claim of the IT consultants from Berlin has always been to record all billable working hours of the team. With the increasing size of the company and growing project volumes, the Excel solution used offline has become too error-prone and impractical. And so ZEP Professional made its way into SD&C in April 2021. The smooth time recording software convinced the IT professionals. The IT consultants are pleased that with ZEP Professional they have been able to handle the complete time recording and invoicing of projects via one tool for two years now. The SOAP interface, which is used with pleasure, helps those involved to transfer corresponding data in parts to ZEP, but also to export it in order to be able to process it further with their own BI solutions.
