Yes, ZEP complies with the requirements of the European Court of Justice and the Federal Labour Court for legal tracking of working time (September 2022). The data is stored securely in German data centers and meets the strict requirements of the GDPR.
Since when has working time recording been mandatory in Germany?
Since the Federal Labour Court ruling of September 2022, employers have been required to systematically record the working hours of their employees. The ruling relates to the ECJ decision of 2019 and is already valid today for all German companies, regardless of size.
