Since when has working time recording been mandatory in Germany?
Since the Federal Labour Court ruling of September 2022, employers have been required to systematically record the working hours of their employees. The ruling relates to the ECJ decision of 2019 and is already valid today for all German companies, regardless of size.

Yes, the ZEP Mobile App works offline and automatically synchronizes as soon as an Internet connection is available. This allows employees to record their times even on the go or on construction sites without WiFi.
