The setup is done in just a few minutes. First, create a private app in HubSpot and grant the necessary CRM permissions. You then enter the generated access token in ZEP under Administration > Interfaces > HubSpot one.

Optionally, define which deal phases should be automatically created as projects in ZEP. Finally, set up in ZEP at Administration > System > Tasks enter a new HubSpot task — from then on, the synchronization automatically runs in the background.
