How do you know whether the ZEP Partner Program is right for you?
The ZEP Partner Program is perfect for you in three cases in particular:
- If you would like to recommend ZEP as a solution to your customers or contacts.
- If you would like to advise and provide customers with methodological, technical or strategic support during the implementation of ZEP.
- If you are looking for a long-term partnership where you want to increase your turnover through regular recommendations and implementations of ZEP and benefit from increasing commissions.

Are there any costs or fees for joining the affiliate program?
There are no costs or fees for you to become a ZEP Partner.
How are commissions paid out and at what interval?
We automatically process all subscriptions once a month and transfer the money to your specified account. We only support payments via bank transfer to companies with an IBAN account number. Please make sure that you fill out your partner profile in the partner portal and provide your company name and VAT ID.
How does communication between the partner and ZEP take place?
Communication between ZEP and the partner takes place via several channels. Our main platform for collaboration is the partner portal, which serves as a central hub for information, resources, and updates. Here you can find your overviews, important documents, training materials and latest announcements.
In addition, we use a dedicated Slack channel to enable faster, more direct communication. This channel promotes real-time interactions, sharing best practices, and immediate clarification of questions.
In addition, a Partner Manager is available as a personal point of contact for any questions you may have.
By combining these tools and platforms, we aim to ensure flexible, efficient and transparent communication with our partners so that all relevant information can be shared in a timely manner.

We'll provide you with all necessary materials, including various marketing and sales materials, webinars, videos, resources, and information, to help you quickly and effectively get started with our partner program. This also includes access to our extensive partner portal and all onboarding materials.
