How to configure the HiBob integration
Connect HiBob with ZEP
You can find the HiBob integration in ZEP under Administration > Interfaces > Interface Marketplace. Select HiBob and click “Add”. To connect, you need a Service User ID and a Service User Token, which you create in HiBob under Settings > Integrations > Service Users.
After setup, map the HiBob absence types to the matching ZEP absence reasons. Synchronization then runs automatically every hour in the background.
