What kind of partner would you like to become?

Referral Partner

As a referral partner, you make referrals to your customers or contacts and hand over your prospects to our sales team - everything else is in our hands. Among other things, you benefit from 35% commission on the first year's turnover for every successful referral to a newly acquired customer.

Reseller Partner

As a reseller partner, you distribute and support ZEP. We are responsible for billing and technical support. Depending on your sales volume and number of customers, you will progress through 3 partner levels and increase your commission. You benefit from happy customers, your services and 13 to 23% commission over the entire term of the partner programme.

A registration via our form and a short call to get to know you stand between you and attractive commissions:

  1. Decide whether you would like to become a Referral Partner or Reseller Partner and fill in the relevant registration form.
  2. Verification (optional): If your application is a first contact with ZEP, our partner management will first contact you for a joint video call to get to know each other.
  3. Authorisation: Once your application has been thoroughly checked, you will receive confirmation by email within three working days at the latest. This will contain further information on how to access the partner portal and all the training materials and resources you need to get off to a successful start.
  4. Get started: Start recommending or selling as an official ZEP partner and benefit from attractive commissions in no time at all.

There are no costs or fees for you to become a ZEP partner.

There are two types of partners, resellers and referral partners. The main differences lie in the structure of the commission, which is paid out once on the basis of the first year in the case of referrals and recurrently on the basis of annual sales in the case of reselling. The intensity of sales activities and customer service also differs depending on the type of partner. Referral partners only take on the role of recommendation, while resellers also cover sales and part of the long-term support.

You cannot be both a referral and reseller partner for ZEP, but can choose the type of partner that suits you best.

You can switch between partner types by registering again. If you are currently a Referral Partner and would like to become a Reseller Partner or vice versa, please register again using the corresponding registration form.

However, bear in mind that frequent change is not recommended, as continuous collaboration in a specific role is beneficial for the efficiency of the overall programme. A change should be well thought out and justified in the best interest of all parties.

From a threshold of 3 customers and 500 euros monthly recurring revenue, Reseller Partners reach the Certified Level. And from a threshold value of 10 customers and 1500 euros monthly recurring revenue, reseller partners reach the Expert Level.

We automatically process all subscriptions once a month and transfer the money to your specified account. We only support payments by bank transfer to companies with an IBAN account number. Please ensure that you complete your partner profile in the partner portal and provide your company name and VAT ID.

Onboarding is a crucial step for a smooth start to our partnership. Once you sign up, you will receive comprehensive support from our team. We will provide you with all the necessary materials, including the marketing and sales kit, videos, resources and information to help you get up to speed with our partner programme quickly and effectively. This includes access to our comprehensive partner portal and all onboarding materials.

Communication between ZEP and the various partner groups takes place via several channels. Our main platform for collaboration is the partner portal, which serves as a central hub for information, resources and updates. Here you will find your overviews, important documents, training materials and current announcements.
In addition, we use a dedicated Slack channel to enable faster and more direct communication. This channel promotes real-time interactions, the exchange of best practices and the immediate clarification of questions.
For more formal messages and detailed information, you also have the option of communicating by e-mail. This enables structured and documented correspondence.
