ZEP Version History

ZEP 6.12 contains the following enhancements, among others:

REST interface:

Your ZEP is now available in the latest version 6.12. With this new version, we are expanding ZEP with our new REST interfacewhich enables you to integrate your ZEP even more seamlessly and efficiently into your existing system landscape.

This provides you with additional options for automation and data analysis and we look forward to seeing the practical examples you implement. This 1st version of the REST interface will be continuously expanded by us.

For all customers with the previous "SOAP interface" module, the REST interface is already included and can be found under Administration>Settings>REST. The module will be renamed "ZEP interfaces" and will include both interfaces.

If you are not yet using the module but are interested in the REST interface, please contact our Support.

ZEP 6.11 contains the following enhancements, among others:

Overtime, absences, holidays:

• New feature automatic overtime capping:
  • You can now define an automatic overtime cap for your employees if an absolute or percentage number of overtime hours is already included in the employment contracts.
  • To do this, first define under Settings>Overtime whether you want to activate this function.
  • Then define the value directly for the employees in the regular working time. Of course, this can also be done by mass operation. You can also create the values as a default under Administration>Setting>Employees for all your future employees.
• We have completely revised the monthly statement:
  • The monthly statement now shows the net hours, i.e. the hours after deductions such as the break regulation.
  • The colour scheme is now based on the set colours of the error reasons.
  • There are new columns with totals for target and actual times, as well as sick and holiday times.

Invoice:

• VAT change in some countries! You can now store several VAT rates per revenue account. Rates for each revenue account. To do this, simply create the revenue account under Master data>Billing>Revenue accounts a second time but with a different VAT rate. rate.

Personio:

• The fields 'Academic Degree' and 'Academic Degree' are now transferred to ZEP. If these are not predefined attributes in Personio, you can define them as custom attributes.
• The Personio approval process can now be observed by ZEP. Simply select the necessary setting for this.
• The hourly absences that already exist in ZEP can now also be synchronised to Personio.
• To simplify synchronisation, you can now specify a default price group in the Personio master data, which will be taken over during the initial synchronisation if no other price group is defined in Personio.

ZEP 6.10 contains the following enhancements, among others:

New modules:

• Standardised interface to Hubspot. You can now synchronise companies to customers and deals to projects directly from Hubspot. Feel free to contact us and simply book the new interface as a module!
• Now also for ZEP Clock with the SOAP interface standardised data queries and communicate with your other systems. Feel free to contact us and simply book the new interface as a module!

General:

• Break regulations can now also be changed for several employees at once.
• With our handy integrated calculator right next to the km entry, booking a trip is now even faster.

Evaluations:

• New evaluation Availability level. Easily calculate the employment and availability levels of your employees (under Employees > Evaluations > General > Availability level).
• Evaluation Employee turnover shares can now also be structured according to process.

Projects:

• Evaluation Overall status Plan eAllows you to limit the projects to those whose planned amount has exceeded a certain percentage.
• New mass operations at Project staff to enter an end date and to delete.

Overtime, absenteeism and leave:

• Set a separate minute grid for absences.

Invoice:

• The format XInvoice Now supports the BT-22 Invoice Note field

Presence:
