As a long-standing customer, the engineering firm has been enjoying the benefits of ZEP for more than 10 years. Before the tool was introduced, a home-made solution consisting of Excel and an Access database was in use, but it quickly reached its limits as the team grew. "The effort was too much for us and we said 'We need something sensible'," says Bernhard Schröcker, Managing Director of IBSL. Not only the functions were convincing right from the start, but also the competent and fast support immediately attracted positive attention. "We are highly satisfied with ZEP and would not know how we could run our current project evaluations without the tool," Schröcker continues.
The engineers from Bavaria are particularly enthusiastic about the conversion of offers into projects. After the project has been created, quotations are imported accordingly and all invoice items are reliably transferred. "This process acceleration makes our everyday work much easier. Functions that would have been desirable at the beginning of use more than 10 years ago have been retrofitted over the years, so that ZEP is now fully integrated in the workflow of the engineering office.
