From ZEP Operations up, ZEP covers the complete handling of travel expenses, including credit notes and receipt types. timr Plus has no integrated travel expense management.
Security & support
Both systems put an emphasis on data protection and run their servers in Germany. Users get support by phone, email and through the training materials provided.
Ticketing System
With the Ticketing System add-on, ZEP Track offers comprehensive features for managing tickets and tasks, including clearly defined status transitions and client access. These features are not available in timr Plus.
